The Asia Pacific Discipleship Trust publishes a number of books that have proved very helpful to people who want to communicate more effectively with their Neighbours.
Here are two. Both of them are in their second editions.
The Right Path
This book is in it’s second edition, and seeks (successfully) to explain the following ayah (verse) from the Qur’an | Surah 19 Maryam ayah 36 ‘Allâh is my Lord and your Lord: Therefore serve Him. That is the right path.’ And this verse from the Bible | Isaiah 26 verses 7-9 ‘For those who are righteous, the way is not steep and rough. You are a God who does what is right, and you smooth out the path ahead of them.’
It contains 165 questions that Muslims have asked about Christian faith and Christians have asked about Islamic faith. The questions are answered, in 184 pages, by the co-authors from the Bible and the Qur’an. Their objective is to create a mutual understanding of Christianity and Islam in the minds of seekers / readers.

Answers to Questions
“A brilliant handbook of applied questions and answers to real life situations; connecting Christian faith to everyday life in a practical and achievable manner.”
Pastor, B. Phil (Intercultural Studies).
This booklet contains 93 questions and answers asked by new Christians doing Bible correspondence courses in Asia. Where-ever possible, the author has endeavoured to answer the questions from the Bible. The booklet is set out in a progression of questions that can be used to disciple a new Christian. Mature Christians could met regularly with a new Christian and discuss three or four questions at each meeting, following the order of the booklet, and within a short time have confidence that the new Christian had a good understanding of basic Christian doctrines to support their growth in their faith and relationship with God.
